my fifth recall notice with my 2009 Acadia. The car is a major disappointment with failure of the power steering, replacement of brakes at 32K mies and electrical circuit problems draining the battries and constantly having gas pump circulation even when the car is not running. I went there for my car overheating and found out my water pump was leaking miller was professional they contacted my extended warranty company for me they took care of everything. the car was ready about the time it was promised they were supposed to charge me the difference between what the warranty paid and what they charge manager told me not too worry about. saved me about $65.00 I think I am happy they did not try to nickel and dime me to death keep up the great work !!! I brought my Cadillac in for service and was very satisfied with the service I received. I was loaned a car, and while I had the car, I was involved in an auto accident. A woman hit my vehicle from behind. All traffic was crawling along at about 2 miles per hour. Apparently, the woman behind me stepped on her gas rather than her break, hitting my "loaner " car. I was devastated to think that the car I had been loaned, was hit. I phoned the dealership and was told to have the car towed to them. I arrived at the dealership around 8:00PM. With me was my ill husband, who resides in an assisted living. The owner, Sharri Miller , made arrangements for a salesman to drive both of us home to our residences. I feel that this was an example of outstanding kindness to my husband and me. We were truly taken care of, and for that, I will be forever grateful to Sharri, and the dealership .
